Day 1: Bac Ha - Ban Pho - Ta Van Chu
Day 2: Can Cau - Lung Phin
Day 3: Lung Phin - Bac Ha
Tour Detail:

Day 1: Bac Ha - Ban Pho - Ta Van Chu (B, L, D)
16-km trekking from Bac Ha to the h'mong village of Ban Pho. Vey scenic trails take you then to the h'mong village of Ta Van Chu (picnic lunch en route). Diner and night in a h'mong family house.
Day 2: Can Cau - Lung Phin (B, L, D)

After breakfast, 16-km trekking to to the small Flower H'mong village of Can Cau, famous in the region for its animal trade (horses, buffalos, birds, etc.)
Saturday market. Picnic lunch, the the car takes you to a trail for for a short trek to the Phu La village of Lung Phinh. Diner and night in a Phu La family house.

Day 3: Lung Phin - Bac Ha (B, L, D)
A 14-km very scenic trekking, with picnic lunch, takes you back to Bac Ha late afternoon. Transfer to Lao Cai station for the night train back to Hanoi departure at 21.05-06.00. Overnight on night train. The trip ends at Hanoi station.
